We are dedicated to providing the best martial arts instruction to students of all ages. Open in Santa Rosa since 1993, we are one of the longest-lived martial arts schools in Sonoma County. The reason for our longevity is simple: our students get results. Our certified instructors help students reach their goals: self-confidence, discipline, self-defense, fitness, focus, better grades or work performance, and improved inter-personal relationships. We build each student as an individual.
