Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness teaches traditional Korean Tae Kwon Do to adults and children starting at 4 years old.  The facility and its instructors are certified by the Independent Taekwondo Association.  This allows us to be one of the only Tae Kwon Do schools in Sonoma County to offer Kukkiwon certification, a special black belt certificate directly from Korea.  We also offer training for competition sparring and weapons.

Evolution Martial Arts & Fitness is the only school in Sonoma County that teaches Combat Hapkido.  Developed by Grandmaster John Pellegrini in 1990, Combat Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self protection that includes a variety of strikes, kicks, joint locks, pressure points, grappling and disarming techniques.  Also called “The Science of Self-Defense”, Combat Hapkido is ideal for men and women who wish to learn pure self-defense.

Our main focus is providing martial arts instruction to children and adults in a fun, safe environment.  Our programs center on building a person as a whole: mind, body and spirit.  We use the latest techniques and equipment to train, but our teachings are rooted in the principles of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.
